  • Support and manage the planning and execution of various platform usage to support collaboration whilst considering appropriate governance measures
  • Develop and ensure knowledge management measures, are understood and practiced by staff while working closely with divisions to encourage continuous learning
  • Coordinate and develop requirements for an agency wide document management environment, and support the development of protocols to ensure consistent document management processes are established across AIC
  • Providing a systems platform for the harnessing of tacit knowledge and making it easily and readily available
  • Coordinate and work with system owners to ensure the use of standardised vocabularies to develop a consistent vocabulary within the organisation as part of Metadata Management.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of a corporate staff portal to encourage knowledge sharing, enhancing staff capabilities in performing their work.
Knowledge Management (tacit)

  • Support and manage the planning and execution of various COPs working closely with divisions to encourage a learning environment
  • Build initiatives to encourage the sharing of indepth sectorial knowledge, bridging the knowledge gap between experienced and new staff
  • Providing non systems platforms for the harnessing of tacit knowledge and making it easily and readily available

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:


  • Degree (Information Science / Business Management) or relevant qualifications in the areas of Knowledge Management or Organisation Development
  • Minimally 3 years of experience handling knowledge management and related governance aspects or demonstrates willingness to learn in the knowledge management field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment or comfortable with technology
  • Knowledge of taxonomies and control vocabularies would be a plus
  • OD/OE; Facilitation skills would be a plus
  • Meticulous and conscientious
  • Outgoing and works well in a team
  • Good listener and quick to adapt
  • Clear communication skills, written and verbal
