Job Description:

  • Contract
  • Ubi area
  • 12 hrs Shift
  • 3 off day per week

Responsibilities:


  • To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
  • Manage & resolve customers feedback.
  • Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Able to multitask on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
  • Able to liaise fluently with English and Chinesespeaking customers.
  • Adhoc duties as required

Requirements:


  • Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma/ Degree.
  • Relevant experience in Call Centre.
  • Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Knowledge in administrative & clerical processes.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with datelines and pressure
  • On the job training provided
  • Good working attitude and selfmotivated
