Job Description:

- Ubi area
- 12 hrs Shift
- 3 off day per week
Responsibilities:
- To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
- Manage & resolve customers feedback.
- Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to multitask on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
- Able to liaise fluently with English and Chinesespeaking customers.
- Adhoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma/ Degree.
- Relevant experience in Call Centre.
- Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology.
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Knowledge in administrative & clerical processes.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with datelines and pressure
- On the job training provided
- Good working attitude and selfmotivated
