Customer Service Officer 1 - Singapore - Mentor Media
Description
The CSO will play a large role in maintaining our reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction.- Handle order processing order fulfilment, billing and shipments.
- Assist in planning for materials, production, shipments.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure material availability and fulfil shipments.
- Followup and update customers on order status, delivery status.
- Ensure ontime delivery to customers.
- Maintain selling prices in MMSL.
- Support Program Executive/Manager whenever required
- ECN, DA, rework instructions, customer maintenance form, RRF form.
- Liaise with MM finance and Program on accounts receivables, late payments, invoice discrepancies.
- Liaise with customers' finance dept on
- AR issues, late payments invoice discrepancies.
- Teamwork Responsibility have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices Decision making Communication Problem solving
