Description
1. Assist teacher in preparing ingredients and equipment for cooking workshops or students cooking sessions during stipulated working hours.


  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the work place and equipment.
  • Clean the Food Labs, utensils and equipments after lessons. Wash and clean using washing machine/ dryer.
  • Ensure proper stock-taking and management of perishable ingredients.
  • Ensure that all equipment are accounted for and are in good working condition.
  • Ensure that all sharp equipment are accounted for at all times.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Authority.
Requirement


  • Complete PSLE
2. experience in similiar function or food handling with simple administrative work.


  • Able to operate oven and cookers in the lab.
  • Food Hygiene cert added advantage.

Work hours :
School hours.
