Job description:


  • Manage the project portfolio
  • Invest in the division into subprojects, monitoring and respecting the budget and schedule;
  • Select and coordinate resources and optimise their use;
  • Organise and arbitrate, with the other delivery managers, the resource needs of the projects;
  • Disseminate best practice in project management;
  • Leading steering committees and facilitating strategic decisionmaking for each project;
  • Implement and monitor project performance monitoring tools;
  • Be in close contact with clients;
  • Keen interest in number and a great attention to details
  • Excellent at planning and coordination
  • 6+ months of experience in project management / Delivery Management is a plus
  • Having experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2...) is a plus
  • The qualities sought for this position are:
