Job description:

Manage the project portfolio
Invest in the division into subprojects, monitoring and respecting the budget and schedule;
Select and coordinate resources and optimise their use;
Organise and arbitrate, with the other delivery managers, the resource needs of the projects;
Disseminate best practice in project management;
Leading steering committees and facilitating strategic decisionmaking for each project;
Implement and monitor project performance monitoring tools;
Be in close contact with clients;
Keen interest in number and a great attention to details
Excellent at planning and coordination
6+ months of experience in project management / Delivery Management is a plus
Having experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2...) is a plus
The qualities sought for this position are:
