Hiring Entity: Exyte Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to be the overall lead of our projects.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:

Project management, including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning, material takeoff etc.;
Manage overall project schedule and have the expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables;
Involve in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel when necessary;
Liaise with our Clients, Main Contractors and Consultants on project requirements, as well as attend regular meetings
Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental Safety standards are met;
Supervision of project engineers and other project team members;

Show your expertise:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
Relevant certificates may be considered with the appropriate training/relevant working experience
Experience in mechanical, process, or electrical installation
Other experience in wafer fabs or pharmaceutical construction projects will be advantageous
Possessing high level of integrity and good interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients
