Description

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the HQ Operations Manager to be responsible for the daily operations of the search and brand category shopping guides and be responsible for the user experience and sales contribution of the layout/campaigns/guides.
  • Cooperate closely with HQ and regional Operations Managers to take charge of the brands' product structure, strategize the brands' sales plan, set up sales campaign and be responsible for the brands' sales target.
  • Cooperate closely with the HQ Operations Manager and Product Research team to create flexible and efficient operation tools to support rapid iteration and growth of business, including: content layout service platform, thematic system, etc.
  • Combining external fashion trend hotspots and internal product supply, insights into user needs, adding content shopping guide landing pages, enriching users' shopping experience on the platform and improving the product labelling system for main categories.
  • Generate sales reports for daily use in operations to assist Managers in making decisions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of ecommerce column/scenario/content operation experience.
  • Possess good structural thinking and logical thinking, able to grasp key points, express effectively and communicate effectively.
  • Good data analysis ability.
  • Selfdriven, ability to adapt in a fastpaced, startup environment.
