Town Council, Islandwide multiple locations:
Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day (Rotate Once a Month)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the team in the management and maintenance of buildings and common properties.
- Administer tenancy/leaserelated matters.
- Managing yearly budgets and doing presentations
- Work closely with councilors, residents, grassroots organizations, and relevant government agencies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business or other buildingrelated degrees
- Must be a team player with high integrity, leadership, problemsolving and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
