Job Summary:
As a member of JPMorgan's APAC Anti-Corruption Compliance team, you will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Firm's regional anti-corruption program, including program governance, policy development, training, quality assurance, monitoring, exam coordination and policy enforcement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and oversight of the Anti-Corruption Policy and related procedures
- Preclear certain business activities in line with the Anti-Corruption Policy
- Provide advisory support to lines of business and corporate functions on anticorruption related matters
- Assist in conducting corruptionspecific testing, monitoring and risk assessments
- Deliver anticorruption training and raise the awareness of the Program across the region
- You will be required to interact with a wide range of regional and global stakeholders within Anti-Corruption Compliance, other control functions, front office, and corporate functions generally.
- Experience working with multinational organizations will also be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent/related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years working experience within Anti-Corruption or a Compliance related role
- Working knowledge of anticorruption laws in relevant jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom (with a focus on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010)
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills including confidence in interactions with senior levels of management
- Experience developing training materials; proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Applications
- Proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals across business and/or functional lines
- Ability to work independently on projects often to very tight deadlines
