**Program Manager, NPI Engineering Integration

Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead program (s) from an NPI Engineering Integration perspective; focusing on product cost improvement, yield improvement, on time delivery of programs.
Work closely with BU's leadership team on planning for new production portfolio; its execution as well as maintenance of the projects.
Focal point of contact with the BU for escalation matters relating to new product introduction (NPI) as well as product continuation projects.
Keep leadership team updated on a regular basis on these projects.
Represent Engineering NPI Integration team and support new product development projects working closely with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain etc) to ensure smooth running of program (s).
Work with cross functional teams to resolve issues in these projects.
Required to travel up to 10% of time.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in a cross functional leadership role in new product introduction of products into a new manufacturing environment.
Proven collaborator and ability to influence.
Proven experience in leading multiple teams and working closely with peers to resolve issues and conflicts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with the following methodologies; SAFe, Project Management, Design for Excellence, Lean Six Sigma etc.
