THE ROLE:
Job Purpose:


The BBC Studios Digital Ad Operations team form part of a large Product, Technology and Operational division and are responsible for the fulfilment of all direct advertising activity as well supporting the successful delivery of deal-based programmatic revenues.

The team ensure the successful enablement of sales teams in order to guarantee the proper functioning of sales workflows.

This is achieved through diligent, experienced servicing of campaigns via platforms, consistent communications regarding the commercial portfolio of ad products, frequent training on tools and process as well as the flawless execution of contractual commitments.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


The Regional Head of Digital Ad Operations (APAC) manages a team of digital experts and traffickers that will be based out of the regional hub offices in India & Singapore.

The role operates in a complex Ad Operations businesses, is focused on sales enablement, manages highly technically skilled teams and is a key operational appointment reporting into the Global Head of Digital Ad Operations based in London.

Summary of the key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of all ad ops campaigns sourced in the APAC region, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, capacity planning and management and accurate billing.
  • Regional lead to ensure adherence of sales policy, communicate new strategies and new products to the sales team, as well as drive adoption through sharing of best practices.
  • Support Inventory Management team in Audience & Contextual segmentation creation & management.
  • Work with Sales, Ad Product and Technology teams to identify market needs and new technology for creating new audience segments.
  • Work within ad product, technology and ops team to garner centres of excellence around operations, planning and testing.

Reports directly to the Global Head of Digital Ad Ops
Direct Reports: 2 x Ad ops managers based in India & Singapore.

Ad tech Team, Inventory Management, Planning Team, Digital Product Team, Sales Team, Business Intelligence Team
