Description

Contribute to the Group's objective of meeting philanthropy and engagement outcomes through effective management of donors and donation records and engagement activities, leveraging research and data analysis to derive insights to enhance business decisions.

Data Analysis, Planning & Reporting

Conduct data analysis to understand internal and external stakeholder needs, identify fund raising and process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance philanthropic outcomes for the Group.
Manage data to ensure accurate and effective record of customer (donors) engagement activities and financial statements for strategic planning, fund tracking and regular reporting to funders and stakeholders.
Conduct research and analysis e.g. in donor/industry segmentation to support donor engagement and business development. Process Improvement and System Management
Initiate, coordinate and manage business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
Manage system enhancements and maintenance work for the Group to achieve optimal donor relationship management.

Other Duties
Ad hoc duties related to project management/ coordination as assigned

Skills & Knowledge:

Data management
Statistic/data analysis
Communication (written, presentation)
IT/CRM systems implementation (preferred)
Knowledge of the social service sector and/or public sector (preferred)

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Business Continuity Management will be an added advantage.

Special Certification(s): Data Analytics / Info-comm Technology (preferred)
