We are looking for a passionate and hands-on leader with strong technical ability to join us as our

Roles & Responsibilities- Design analytics systems with large-scaled databases, microservices, and distributed computing technologies Set strong technical/architectural foundations, implementing good design practices, behaviours and principles in software development Review technical requirement documentation (TRD), infrastructure design and draft proposals to develop and deploy scalable technologies. Lead and organise engineering projects, ensuring resource optimization Drive department planning, including setting of department goals and OKRs Plan, manage and execute technical project plans to ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with product managers, software architects, and other engineering teams in determining overall system solutions
Skills & Requirements- Proficiency with Golang, and SQL/no-SQL Strong knowledge of Algorithms, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Database & Distributed systems and basic Cryptography 10+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture 3+ years experience in leadership/management roles Experience with cloud based distributed databases and streaming processes Hands-on infrastructure development experience in large-scaled systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills**Company Description
