We are looking for IT Business Operations Manager to join one of the Government Agency

Responsibilities:

Product Operations

Collaborate with product managers across the Division to ensure product operations are running effectively and according to Government audit and governance requirement.
Collate and consolidate inputs from product teams and technical teams, to support regular poll for submissions relating to systems information, cyber security incidents/patches and financial positioning.
Obtain, track and report products and services key performance indicators (KPIs) at Division level, and highlight key considerations and propose recommendations to ensure they are met.
Represent the Division for Operations related meetings, work with product teams to supply information requested, to follow through implementations and to report progress regularly.
Lead in establishing and implementing effective operational workflows, procedures and best practices for all product teams to adopt to meet Division needs.
Prepare and support both internal and external audits, manage the outcomes to ensure full compliance by product teams.
Manage new hire onboarding, user accounts, assets and inventory tracking for the Division according to organisation's ITSM requirement.
Organise and support Townhalls, Open House and public facing external Roadshows to create awareness of our products we develop.

Financial Management

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial processes, procedures, and best practices. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement or costsaving opportunities to ensure products are delivered on budget.
Track and manage budgets for various products' initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and constraints. Work closely with products' teams to establish KPIs and ensure their achievements within specified timeframes.
Prepare regular reports on budget performance and present findings to Division Head

Requirements:

Singaporean only
Diploma/Degree in IT/Business Administration related studies
Minimum 35 years of relevant working experience in project management/business operations
Experience in budgeting (manpower, cloud hosting), funding process, capex/opex
Experience in coordinating audit and governance requirements
Experience in operational workflow improvements
