Retail Store Manager - Singapore - Adecco - GS Perm
Description
At least 5- 7 years experiences in store manager in high-end retail environment- Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills.
- Possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
Adecco is collaborating with one of the global and luxury leader in fashion, jewelry, accesories and timepiece.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Implement strategies that are in accordance to the group's guideline to help boost
- Monitor sales KPI for boutique, provide solutions to reach overall team's target.
- Ensure best presentation of boutique team and product collection, maintain outstanding
- Monitor and manage customer database (CRM) ensuring accuracy of client's data
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and instore displays.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Working closely with Operation Manager on sales activity and be part of marketing events.
- Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.

Leadership and Supervision:
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales
- Define individual targets for each staff member linked to boutique's KPIs, conduct
- Respect budgets and achieve targets to ensure efficient boutique operations.
- Provide support to the sales forces when needed.
- Be involve in hiring, promotion and any other disciplinary by providing recommendations.
- Oversee the scheduling of boutique personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial position in highend retail environment.
- Passion in retail industry, good communication and leadership skills.
- Serviceoriented and handson person with good customer handling skills.
- Willing to work retail hours with rotating shifts
- Good computer skills.
