Description

Our client is a specialty bakery offering authentic and fresh bakes and pastries. They are currently looking for a sales associate to join their expanding family.

Job Details:

Working Location: Orchard & Town area

Working Days: 5.5 Work Week. Weekday off.

Working Hours: There will be 2 shifts, morning or afternoon shift.

Responsibilities:

Promoting and selling of pastries and cakes
Able to crosssell across product range
Achieve monthly sales, delivering service and operations excellence
Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores
Drive seamless customer experience
Handles order fulfilment for customers
Communicates well and thrives in a team environment

Job Requirements:

Min O levels or equivalent
23 years working experience preferably in retail sales environment
Able to speak mandarin is a plus point, as may be required to speak to mainland tourists
Pleasant and wellgroomed
Able to work in a fastpaced diverse, customercentric store environment
Serves as the ambassador of the brand
Good communication and interpersonal skills
