Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction sites to ensure project delivery is within scope, budget and timeline
  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct regular onsite inspections and ensure safety measures and regulations are adhered to
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, progress reports and update stakeholders as necessary
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure project goals and expectations are met
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities with other internal departments
  • Deliver handover documentation at the end of the project

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a site supervisor or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction practices and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
