Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
- Management of the overall housekeeping of the office premises, office pantry and supplies, which include but is not limited to ensuring that pantry equipment are maintained and serviced regularly.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and the management team
- Coordinate employee travel, visas, regulatory requirements, accommodation, and related arrangements.
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting CEOs, senior executives, and office administration in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Proven experience in direct calendar management and expense reports for senior executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Handson, driven, with a cando and positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
- Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to details and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines.
- Good MS Office Skills, datacentric and must enjoy working in a fastpaced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines within a global and matrix environment.
- Resourceful and independent problemsolver with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, meticulous and excellent organization skills.
- Absolute professionalism and discretion due to the exposure to sensitive information.
