Job Duties

Provide administrative support to Sales team for incoming enquiries
Prepare quotations and scheduling of job schedule to Operations team
Handle incoming call enquiries
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Coordinate the flow of information between customers, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements
