KGS Pte Ltd is an electronic waste recycling company with a mission to solve global problems one step at a time. Our company focuses on eliminating risk surrounding data security as protection of customer's critical data from a confidential data breach is of utmost importance to us.
As we work together with our clients to solve the global E-waste problem, assets will be recycled appropriately to reduce any negative impact that can potentially affect the environment.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to Sales team for incoming enquiries
- Prepare quotations and scheduling of job schedule to Operations team
- Handle incoming call enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Coordinate the flow of information between customers, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements
Job Requirements
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
