Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Senior Manager for Employer Branding and Comms to join our Group People & Sustainability (Group Human Resources) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to create and distribute content that highlights our unique culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to plan, organise, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events, both online and offline, to attract top talent and increase awareness of Singtel as a preferred employer.
Design and implement employee advocacy programmes that encourage current employees and alumni to share their experiences and promote Singtel as a great place to work.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management, and recommending improvements as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employer branding and talent attraction, and use this knowledge to continually enhance our strategies.
Educated to at least degree level; and IHRP certification is a plus
At least 8 years' experience in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Exceptional written communications, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across various platforms.
Solid understanding of social media marketing in particular LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram and TikTok
Experience in working with creative and media agencies
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box and bring innovative ideas.
Experience with graphic design and videography would be a major plus
