Our client, a leading regional MNC, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance and Strategy Manager.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Leadership team, providing invaluable expertise in strategic planning, capital structure, project analysis, borrowings, M&A, and more.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of Group P&L and Cashflow projections.
  • Collaborate with business units (BUs) to develop and execute companylevel capital structure plans.
  • Assess group funding requirements, debt headroom, and serviceability.
  • Skillfully negotiate banking facilities, from term sheet to facility documentation, including pricing, terms, and covenants.
  • Identify key value drivers, sales trends, and cost trends within the region's Business units.
  • Identify key risks and implement effective mitigation plans in partnership with the Business units.
  • Lead negotiations for important business contracts, M&A transactions, and expansion projects alongside the leadership team.
  • Provide support to the CFO in FX exposure planning.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisionmaking.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field related to accountancy or corporate finance.
  • Preferably 710 years of experience in a corporate finance or management consulting role.
  • Strong accounting background, including work experience from a reputable Big 4 audit firm.
  • Proficiency in building comprehensive financial models, including P&L, B/S, and Cashflow statements.
  • Ability to develop compelling stakeholder presentations.
  • Experience in loan negotiation and documentation is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
