Responsibilities

Manage monthly cost recharge reconciliation and billing to intercompany entities
Maintenance schedules for monthly cost recharge.
Liaise with respective related stakeholders for intercompany transactions/recharging process
Ensure timely invoicing to intercompanies in accordance to closing calendar schedule
Ensure agreements are in place and maintain interco agreement listings up todate
Assist in intercompany account payable vouching in SAP and internet payment
Responsible for intercompany receivable and payable confirmation with all intercompany entities
Responsible all good received not invoiced (GRNI) keep below a threshold

Requirements:

LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SAP SDMM and FICO system skills is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
