Service Delivery Officer - Singapore - DATAPOST PTE LTD
Description
General Description- Responsible for dealing with incoming customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfactory is met
- Collaborate and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clients' requests are delivered and supported to the agreed service level
- Assist in project management as assigned by the superior.
Key Responsibilities-Responsible to handle client enquiries, requests and complaints of the assigned accounts-Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs, confirm the job requirements, deliverables, timeline and stationeries required of both ad-hoc job orders and BAU projects-Provide onboarding service and ongoing post-sales support to clients-Follow up with clients on payment and AR ageing cases to achieve the target result-Conduct regular client meetings to collect feedbacks and updated requirements for continuous improvement-Responsible to arrange with clients on audit / onsite health check / RFQ / BCP drill request-Attend service delivery team regular meeting to follow up the assigned duties and implement the necessary actions-Require to work on the initiatives that support the objectives, key results (OKR) of Service Delivery Department-Support ad-hoc projects and any duties as assigned by the superior.
