Our client is an established company specialising in Logistics Industry.

They are looking for a Regional HR & Admin, Assistant General Manager to assist them in their next phrase of their business.

They are located in the Central - easily accessible.


Job Description:


  • Develops human resource policies, procedures, and compensation programs for a regional area encompassing SEO countries, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Ensures compliance with employment legislation in the SEO region, maintaining uptodate knowledge of relevant provisions.
  • Conducts comprehensive reviews of HR functions in the SEO region, including recruitment, employee relations, succession planning, performance evaluations, promotions, benefits, and compensation.
  • Regularly updates and maintains the Employees Handbook and Job Descriptions Guidebook for the region.
  • Designs and executes effective learning, development, and training programs.
  • Identifies market trends and proposes solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Performs risk assessments and develops action plans to mitigate risks in the region.
  • Reviews business contracts and provides recommendations for amendments to minimize risk exposure and liabilities.
  • Leads Occupational Safety & Health initiatives in the region.
  • Initiates and oversees CSR, ESG, and Sustainability activities in the region.
  • Ensures regional governance and internal controls are in place.
  • Implements compliance courses on Ethics and Code of Conduct.
  • Assesses the severity of litigation cases in the SEO region and facilitates claims settlement.
  • Collaborates closely with corporate departments in Japan-HQ, other Regional HQs, and PICs in SEO countries regarding governance, legal matters, surveys, insurance, internal controls, security, safety, sustainability programs, whistleblowing system, and other relevant areas.
  • Manages activities and updates related to the SEO Region on the Company Global Website.
  • Undertakes additional HR and Admin projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant regional experience in a related profession.
  • Minimum Degree in HR Management or related studies.
  • Familiarity with HRM systems.
  • Proficient in budgeting skills.
