About the Job


The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is one of the most exciting positions available at Supernova for the right performance marketing driven individual.

This position is for an exceptional and ambitious person, who loves the beauty industry as much as marketing, and who will work directly with our Head of Brand to drive sales and acquisitions for the brand.

For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for an exceptional digital marketing specialist who is KPI and metric driven. You will be ambitious, highly numbers driven yet creative and who knows E-Commerce and Social E-Commerce inside out.


Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the performance of our Direct to Consumer channels: website, loyalty, and acquisition in close collaboration with our Growth Director.
  • Own and implement yearly promotional Marketing calendar tailored to support our revenue growth across the abovementioned channels
  • Work on website updates and initiatives to constantly improve the online customer experience and journey, and tactics to increase conversion, reduce bounce rate and basket abandonment.
  • Own and optimise our onsite merchandising, content and functions in order to maximise our revenue and deliver the best experience to our customers.
  • Own and manage direct response design production (EDMs, ads, videos etc.) in order to supply our growth team with assets for defined campaigns and initiatives
  • Own and update performance knowledge base. Analyse and track performance results; be ready to adjust approach accordingly and provide ongoing recommendations for increasing sales and improving the efficiency of marketing campaigns and messages
  • Strive to hit quarterly targets
  • Benchmark and identify key trends in social ecommerce in order to develop effective customer acquisition strategies

Your Profile

  • Creative flair, sense of style and a great understanding of Social Media and E-Commerce
  • Ability to think outside the box and passion to try new things
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience is preferred
  • Copywriting experience is preferred, although creative copywriting flare is a MUST
  • Proven track record in creating and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive sales, exposure and creative virality
  • Expertise in current online marketing and social ecommerce concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams to execute campaigns
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a team, but also be a selfstart to hit individual goals
  • Experience with managing marketing campaigns for CPA targets
  • Experience in international markets (The US, Europe) is a bonus
