What you will do:

My client is looking for a highly motivated, energentic and focused Channel Solutions Engineer.

The Channel Solutions Engineer will combine technical knowledge with sales skills and is ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle.

Channel Solutions Engineers are the primary technical resource for the Client's Channels and Partners, they are responsible for enabling and training Client's Channel and Partners, working in conjunction with the sales team and Product Management as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our solutions.

Therefore, you must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.


Responsibilities:


  • Present technical value proposition to Channels and Partners effectively
  • Enable Channels and Partners to have the right level of technical skills and knowledge
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by developing new technical relationships within client's Partners
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Conduct and Ensure success of customer proofofconcepts (POCs)
  • Support Client and Partner seminars and industry trade shows in the region
  • Able to convey Partners requirements to Product Management teams
  • Develop technical knowledge and associated technologie

What you need to succeed:


  • 3+ years Software Sale Engineer or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience of enabling the Channel and Partners to have the right technical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations, Unix/Linux.
  • Subject Matter Expert understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical and regulatory requirements
  • Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills
  • Strong Business acumen
- to Support Partner to build and grow opportunities alongside the sales person.

  • Operational experience with LDAP Directories, and LDAP Authentication methods
  • Scripting knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Cloud Services
  • AWS, Google, Azure (advantage)
  • CISSP certification preferred
