Responsibilities:
General Admin Duties:
- Handling daytoday transactions and client queries on billing and/or accounts.
- Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction to build a good rapport with clients.
- Receiving faxes/mail and arranging for courier services; filing and purchasing of office supplies.
- To ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the studio.
- Register new clients and update the database.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, with regard to tracking and scheduling of appointments.
Sales:
- Ensure that the retail area is well stocked and the display is neat and tidy.
- Receive stock and/or deliveries and manage inventory. Assist in selling and promoting our products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience as a client service representative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customeroriented and critical thinking skills to respond effectively to different needs.
- Time management and ability to multitask.
- An interest in fitness, particularly Pilates is a bonus.
- Must be able to commit to a 5day work week and at least 2 weekends per month.
