Corporate Secretarial and Administrative Intern - Singapore - HUANG HE CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
Description
The work scope shall primarily be, but not limited to:- A
Secretary duties:
- Collection of client details according to the Company's requirement
- Perform KYC, customer due diligence and background search as per instruction
- Preparation of Incorporation documents and secretary documents upon request
- Maintain and updated the company's registers and minutes books.
- Keep company directors aware of the deadlines for annual returns and any other filings required by ACRA.
Admin duties:
- A
- Update and maintain the Invoicing system (Update payment if received)
- Client's letter arrangement and filing
Job Requirements
- A
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, selfdriven and able to work under pressure
Contract Type: Full-time Internship; 3 Months (Minimum)

SGD1200
