Description
Primary Resposibilities
- Proficient in performing cost estimates and managing procurement for the AV system as required.
- Competent and familiar with the latest AV technology (IP based) with AV/Event/Logistic experience of (min. 5) years and proficient in managing AV assets and facilities.
- Train adhoc AV technicians engaged in AV (sound and lighting) operations.
- Assist in coordinating, managing, setting up, delivering, controlling, operating, attending to feedback, and troubleshooting all Audio-Visual Systems, Sound Systems, Lighting Systems and Event/Exam setup as required for the site.
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and ensuring adequate manpower to carry out all logistic works, including the loaning process of AV/logistic equipment & stores, transfer of AV/logistic equipment & stores from point to point, storage and ensuring the safekeeping of all equipment and stores at the end of usage/loan.
- Plan and coordinate the preventive maintenance work of all equipment to be carried out.
- Keeping comprehensive periodic maintenance checklist on all the equipment & stores.
- Conduct all necessary checks on venue setup and sound checks before all events.
