Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Porsche Consultant within the Sales and Customer Excitement team.


Tasks

  • Conduct customer consultation along the sales process with special focus on the vehicle configuration, offer creation, financial consultation, contract closure and upselling
  • Execute a unique purchase and ownership experience by offering seamless and consistent customer care over the entire life cycle, as well as to assess potential for repurchase or purchase of additional products and services
  • Take charge of the wellbeing and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors including the emotional engagement to create excitement and build trust within the Customer Excitement team

Requirements:


  • At least 23 years of working experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury / Tech sector
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who supports and guide colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings and weekends
