Personal Assistant - Bukit Merah, Singapore - Prima Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing all sorts of reimbursements
- Documentation circulation, managing of sponsorship requests for Prima Taste customers and filing;
- Annual ordering of calendars and diaries as well as sending of greeting cards to distributors and clients
- To manage the inventory of Prima Taste samples
- Providing support for office related admin
- Primary backup to the secretary for sales department(Prima Limited)
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Secretarial Administration/ Administrative Management or Business Administration;
- 2 years' working experience in similar position;
- Possess high level of initiative, meticulous, multitasking and with strong interpersonal communication skills;
Salary:
$3, $4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Personal assistant experience: 1 year (preferred)
