Description
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.Program management experience, preferably on a global scale.
Experience in delivering large cross functional international programs and driving milestones. Experience driving and leading authoring project playbooks, building schedules and compiling financial records and forecasts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience interacting with and guiding senior management within a company and working across commercial, technical, domestic, and international arms of an organization.
Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization abilities, and an excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.Knowledge of optical transport systems.

The Subsea Backbone team is responsible for all aspects of submarine network deployment, operation, upgrades and management within AWS.
We own the technology roadmap and standards for submarine cable, optical fiber, installation methods, procurement of the optical equipment, RSPC and associated operational models and security postures.
We define the contractual framework for all required elements adding capacity that supports the AWS Backbone Network for our customers.
The team works closely with the Regional Business Development teams to deliver submarine capacity to a global standard, enabling economic and scalable consistency for all our customers.
Singapore, SGPKnowledge and experience with submarine cable systems.
Ability to merge traditional project management with agile processes.
Experience in automation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement techniques.
