We are recruiting a permanent position as below: Sales and Procurement Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ISO tank spare parts sales and tank trading functions
  • Find and develop new sales opportunities and improving sales figures
  • Build relationship with business counterpart(s) and attend to customers' requirements
  • Analyze product costing and price of new vendors
  • Analyse volume and customer developments regionally
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the company
  • Manage and compile market intelligence relating to competition, market share, and trends
  • Develop margin levels for the region together with Managing Director
  • Freight negotiation with freight forwarders and courier service providers for better rates on import and export shipment
  • Plan and decide inventory replenish stock basing on sales movement
  • Allocate consignment stock to distributors from local and overseas factories
  • Liaise with Finance department on billing matters and assist on overdue payment
  • Manage, coach and train sales and procurement team
  • Undertake special assignment and projects assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years of managerial experience
  • Proven track record in achieve or exceed sales target
  • High achieving, result oriented and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong selling and analytical skills strategize and potentially lead and grow a team
  • Selfmotivated and able to handle multiple task
  • SAP and shipping knowledge is a must
