Make an Impact by

Understands business functions and transform requirements into architecture and blueprint for the solution being created. Need to propose new innovative solutions, updates to existing solutions, negotiate alternative options, build technical and release roadmaps
End to end architecture responsibility of at least one platform. Also, responsible for EA activities for that platform, such as reference architecture, roadmap etc.
Provide thought leadership to the broader team with respect to the responsible platform(s).
Work closely with the development team and get their buyin into accepting the design to be implemented. Also, work with different stake holders, product owner, senior executives, external parties like system integrators, product partners.
Provide technology perspective to business to achieve roadmap and prioritization by keeping abreast with industry trends. Where required, help business size the complexity of problem and help simplify and define MVP
Provide fit for purpose solutions to customer business needs/issues.
Craft architecture that is aligned to the reference architecture, meeting budget and timelines
Clear, precise, and understandable communication with stakeholders
Actively engaging with customers, stakeholders, and coworkers with a good interpersonal skill
Able to create reference architecture and roadmaps aligning with biz and technology stakeholders
Effectively collaborate with other coworker and architect across domain
Motivate and align team members to achieve the goal, effective leadership skills
Ownership of e2e architecture for one/many platform(s)

Skills for Success

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or its Equivalent
14+ years of experience in the technology industry including 8+ in architecture of scalable and highperformance internet facing systems
Good experience in API security including OAuth2/OIDC, Tokens, mTLS etc.
