- The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Advisor is to answer customer enquiries and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner. This may include providing information about products and services, taking orders, processing payments, addressing complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues
- The soft skills of a service advisor range from excellent communication to empathy to superb customer service
- Having strong communication skills positions who can listen effectively, articulate messages clearly, and ensure that all involved parties are on the same page.
- SA also need handle warranty claim and recall projects, etc as well and to ensure all documents in place and follow the SOP.
