Job Scope
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Handling Invoices & Purchase Orders / Requisitions
- Data Entry into Zetta software
- Prepare vendor payment
- Filing of Purchase Orders / Contracts from Clients
- Input Sales Delivery Order
- Prepare Statement of Accounts
- Follow up payments with Clients
- Support office administration
- Maintain proper document filing and documentation
- Attend to phone enquiries, provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
Requirement
- GCE N Level / Minimum LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge in ERP Accounting System will be an advantage
- Work experiences and job responsibilities
