Project Manager - Singapore - S M SYSTEMS PTE LTD
Description
To plan, direct and coordinate project activities from conception to completion- Control project budget & schedule to ensure that all project deliverables are met
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors and workers
- Manage subcontractors, work progress and safety at site
- Preparation of project documents for submission and approval ; Obtain all necessary permits & licenses
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance costeffectiveness
- Prepare contracts & negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Document all changes systematically
- Validate and approve suppliers and materials to complete construction projects
- Inspect & review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
- Responsible for maintaining & monitoring budges & financial performance
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out. Close all punch list for any deliverables not meeting design specifications
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering
- Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
