Responsibilities

  • Be part of a large team of HR Technology experts, with a main focus on Workday for this role.
  • Be able to grasp and handle new and exciting HR Technology, like Talent Marketplace, IPA/RPA, and Thin layered HR solutions leveraging APIs.
  • Develop scalable solutions with a consistent, userfriendly employee experience that can be used across the entire DBS Group.
  • Manage changes, regression testing and daytoday project activities throughout all phases of the project and document into SOPs.
  • Manage risk well, especially during changes/testing. As part of the HR Security team, ensure role provisioning is tightly managed.
  • Identify and push for automation and streamlining processes across HR.
  • Adapt to a constantly evolving digital HR platform. Explore and harness new technologies to drive digitalization and transformation of HR.
  • Ensure operational issues are properly tracked to closure with documented resolutions/workaround in accordance to SLA.

Requirements:


  • Degree (and above) in Information Technology or a technical related course.
  • Preferably 35years experience in implementation and configuration of Workday HCM.
  • At least 5 yearsexperience implementing/supporting HR systems related solutions, cloud experience, digital transformation.
  • Strong risk and control Operations knowledge. Understand HR regulatory policies and audit procedures for HRIS security.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes.
