Individual contributor focusing on EXTERNAL communications, APAC experience a +
Singapore based, open to expats, relocation package

Our client is one of the largest MNC developers in Singapore now and is looking for a high-caliber individual to assume the role to bring their operations to the next level.

This role would be based in SG with relocation provided.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic communications counsel/ support to corporate leaders and business units
Navigate proactive press relationships, issues, and crisis communications and be reactive to press incidents with composure, authenticity, and integrity
Develop and implement sensible measurements for property group communication
Lead relationships with key international/ regional business and trade media
Energizing the organization by implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives
Be mindful of how content is optimized and placed in a digitalfirst environment

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience
Strong communication skills & written skills
Stakeholder Management exposure
Expertise in External communication, APAC experience preferred
Great team player and wants to be part of a highperforming team
