    Description
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and meeting room setup
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the office

    Requirements

    • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
    • Meticulous to details
    • Able to commence within short notice or immediately
    • Preferable candidate with at least 1 year of relevant shipping experience
    • Knowledge of LC application and negotiation
    • Independent with good communication skills
    • Fast learner and able to work under pressure
    • Customer Service oriented
    • Fresh candidates with a strong interest in shipping may apply
