Responsibilities:


  • Serving walkin customers and achieving sales target in form of net marketing Contribution (NMC)
  • Plan out marketing activities for the store with marketing management
  • Plan education training sessions to customers.
  • Keeping yourself updated on the latest product knowledge to give wellinformed recommendations
  • Measure the performance of marketing efforts and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize action plans and ensure effective communication.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to enable marketing activities. Identify and target new market segments and commercial marketing opportunities and develop proposals to realize their potential.

Job Requirements:


  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in marketing & sales role
  • Good time management & planning execution
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales & marketing
  • Willingness to learn and adapt. Outgoing, optimistic, and a team player.
