Description

Graphic Designer is tasked with the production of all in-house creatives and artwork adaptations.

He/She also supports execution of marketing activities and events.

Creatives and artwork adaptation

In charge of all inhouse graphics creation from offline print/ display materials to digital assets including banners, social media graphics and ecommerce platform requirements.
Working with Product Managers to conceptualise, adapt and create graphic assets for their respective brands
Assist in preparing corporate identity assets
Corporate Profile, Company PPT, Signatures
Identify and propose graphic tools to increase productivity and efficiency
Attend trainings and understand branding guidelines from vendors to ensure graphics are in line with the brand's approved standards

Digital Marketing

Assist in listing of products to company website and ecommerce platforms
Assisting to and update company website with new content (new products, contest, promotions)
Prepare and layout EDMs for dissemination

Marketing Support & Administrative

Event support artwork assets for event and onsite support as required
Working with Marketing Assistant for production of graphic works by 3rd party contractors
Assist Internal Marketing activities
To review and adapt market learnings from Product Merchandisers. Compile and maintain completed creatives asset library on server
