Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Attending to visitors' queries
  • Attending to Enquiries from prospective Applicants
  • Conducting site showrounds of the Event Spaces
  • Advising prospective Applicants on the suitability of the Event Space in accordance with the prospective Applicant's requirements
  • Responsible for checking that Event Spaces are handed over by the Venue Hirer in the same condition as prior to its use.
  • Supervision of the Venue Hirer, Event Partners, external vendors and their guests in the setup, use and tear down of the Event Space;
  • Providing assistance, guidance, information to the Visitors

Requirements:


  • Diploma with experience in events and venue management, marketing or hospitality.
  • Good communication and written skills

Salary:
$3, $4,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
