Job Requirements:

Editorial

  • Assist in planning the editorial lineup of the monthly
    _IS __C _
    _hartered __A _**_ccountant _journal and ensure timely delivery of each issue with highquality and relevant articles
  • Research into relevant business and accountancy topics, and source for external article contributors with specific expertise
  • Write and copyedit journal articles, and work across teams to manage timely submission of articles
  • Proofread and factcheck articles prior to publication of each issue of the journal
  • Liaise with and manage appointed publishers and vendors including creative agencies and digital platform service providers, on the production and delivery of the journal
  • Prepare and conduct an annual journal readership survey, analyse findings/conduct focus groups to better understand reader preferences and provide relevant content for our target audience
  • Market the journal to relevant stakeholders to grow readership and engagement
  • Perform secretarial duties in the management of journal editorial advisory panel
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Insights

  • Support the research managers in planning, preparing, executing and completing research projects to deliver highquality outputs within project timelines
  • Provide relevant administrative support including, but not limited to, the areas of meeting arrangements, event organisations, EDM scheduling and preparation, etc.

Job Requirements:


  • A good degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Arts, Business or related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or publications
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills, detailoriented and able to work independently or in a team. Ability to multitask and work with tight project timelines.
  • Experience working in an editorial team, writing/copyediting for a publication is preferred
