Description
**_Responsibilities:- *
- Processing orders
- Placing the orders with vendors
- Negotiate prices before placing orders
- Checking for indent items in the system
- Processing indent items and follow up
- Follow up on daily incoming orders
- Issue immediate payment to adhoc supplier
- Buy to order when items are not in stock
- Source for an alternative supplier when the current supplier runs out of stock
- Coordinate for collection when the vendor cannot arrange for delivery
- Quick learner
- Fast paced and precise
- Ability to call and negotiate wtih suppliers
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays
