Vice President Global Procurement - Singapore - KOMAX SINGAPORE PTE LTD

Description

• Responsible for the global (matrix) organization of strategic procurement worldwide as well as direct management of strategic procurement at the Singapore site
• Supports and advises top management on all procurement related issues for products, services and employees
• Establishes purchasing policies and procedures and builds a procurement organization and infrastructure, which is required to perform bestinclass sourcing and to make the purchasing for the Group
• Sponsors Komaxwide sourcing activities in close collaboration with the Product and Business Development team with the goal of:
• Sustainably reduce total cost of goods and services (TCO) while ensuring required cycle time and quality
• Proactively securing the procurement base by defining productspecific procurement strategies in material group and supplier management
• Worldwide definition of procurement business processes and their implementation in information systems
• Further development of digitalization and sustainability along the value chain in procurement
• Develops and implements a value proposition for employees together with top management which leads to an improvement of the talent base in procurement at Komax
• Supports and promotes the Code of Ethics as an integral part of Komax's business principles
