We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Markets Division and related fields.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a few months.

Start date: 1 October 2023

Programme duration: 18 months

Join the Markets Singapore team and become part of the Solutions and Sales team in Singapore. The Markets strategy is to focus on growing our footprint in Asia outside of our Private Bank. We already have good working relationships with a large no. of EAMs where we can increase business with Institutional type EAMs and the entire EAM client base.

Along with that, we can widen our markets product distribution to mid-sized institutional clients both via platforms & bespoke product solutions.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Help in the process of marketing to and onboarding new institutional clients directly within the Markets platform
Work very closely with EAM RMs to increase connectivity with top institutionaltype EAM clients while growing the no. of such clients over time
Aid in the advisory and distribution of bespoke structured solutions across asset classes to institutional clients (Institutional External Asset Managers, Independent Asset Managers, Securities firms, digital wealthtechs & niche private banks to start with) within the APAC region
Be able to help in managing flow business (Structured Products, Actively Managed Certificates, and cash Fixed Income) via efficient digital channels and voice channels (working very closely with Structured Products Advisory teams in HK and SG)
Work very closely with trading and product teams (both in Singapore & Zurich) and with other departments (Legal, Risk Management Tax, Compliance etc.)
Prepare customized marketing materials
Lifecycle management of existing products sold to Institutional clients

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Banking or Finance (graduation max. 12 months ago)
CFA or Master's in Financial engineering is a plus
Genuine interest in financial markets and diverse investment products
Flexible, highly committed and stress resistant
Good analytical skills
Entrepreneurial, open minded, positive attitude and ability to think out of the box
Strong ITknowledge, especially Excel and Power Point
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Pragmatic, outputoriented without lacking attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin would be an advantage to support Mandarinspeaking clients
Eligible for employment authorisation in Singapore
