Sales Coordinator - Singapore - NAVA 1872 PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Take care and support the sales administration, including stock availability check, sale order, invoices, DOs, etc.
- Receive and process online orders website, Lazada, Shopee etc.
- Coordinate returns, exchanges and refunds
- Coordinate deliveries, packing, and other matters with the sales team and clients
- Use company ERP and CRM systems
- Communicate with clients on requirements, delivery dates and other matters etc
- Assist sales teams to followup on customer payment matters
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Portray a positive and helpful attitude to external and internal customers
