Job Description & Requirements:

Assist Production Manager in managing team in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components within the respective areas of work.
Coordinate with the respective parties including main contractor, subcontractor, suppliers for timely planning, scheduling & delivery, installation (if any) of the precast components.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, design and mould department for the planning and scheduling of the precast component production.
Resolve project issues such as quality, site issues (pertaining to our product), project schedule, clients / project requirements, contractual liabilities, etc.
Good understanding of the contract and strong control of the project cost which is vital to the wellbeing of the company.
Attend site meeting and ensure that client's feedback is effectively incorporated.
Take progressive photos of project's status & issues and prepare for reports and updates to Management
Manage logistics and schedules for delivery of finished products to clients.
Manage, control and order of raw materials for project.
Create project database.
Study drawings and prepare mould grouping as per project schedule within project cost.
Prepare timely monthly progress claims to clients and verify monthly progress claims submitted by subcontractors.
Ensure main contractor's payment response is received on time and reconciled.
Coordinate with Contracts department with issues relating to cost, variations etc
Coordinate with Accounts department information required on progress claim, payment response and reports.
Prepare project final accounts with proper documentations.
Keep the project related correspondences and records in orderly manner.

Requirement

Degree in
Civil/ Structural Engineering preferred.
Experience in construction industry.
Able to read drawings, take off quantity of reinforcement schedule, cast in components.
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
Strong communication skill is a must.
Able to work independent
