Job Profile Summary:


In this role, you will provide support to the other teams in coordination as well as liaison with vendors, tracking of expenditure against budget and managing payments.


Job Description:


  • Work crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders and agency force daily to ensure campaigns success
  • Presentation to agency force on LM campaigns and best practices
  • Proactively quality check and troubleshoot potential campaign issues
  • Handles ALs/FCs campaign's enquiries
  • Review existing campaigns and implement new digital ones
  • Identify best lead generation campaign to optimize sales opportunities
  • Campaign system enhancement
  • Leverage market trends and best practices
  • Optimise campaigns and propose strategies to help meet or exceed the campiagns' performance goals
  • Understand technical requests so they can be solved effectively, as well as to improve campaign functionality
  • Highlight any potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices
